Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP)
Applications are invited from male Indian citizens for filling up following
vacancies of General Central Service Group C Non Gazetted ( Non Ministerial) on
temporary basis likely to be permanent in the IndoTibetan Border Police Force.
The post has all India liability and selected candidates can be posted any
where in India and even abroad. On appointment, the candidate shall be governed
by the ITBPF Act and Rules. Interested candidates may apply for the post other

Detail of Vacancies : Head Constable (Dresser Veterinary): 39 Posts
Age Limit : Age Limit Of The Candidates
Is Between 18 Years to 25 Years. For SC/ST Relaxable by 05 years. OBC (Non
Creamy Layer) Relaxable by 3 years if a candidate belongs to central list of
OBCs in accordance with Govt. of India OM/Instructions. Ex-Servicemen (Unreserved/Gen)
03 years after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual
age.Ex-Servicemen (OBC-NCL) 06 years (3 years + 3 years) after deduction of the
military service rendered from the actual age.Ex-Servicemen (SC/ST) 08 years (5
years + 3 years) after deduction of the military service rendered from the
actual age. Government servant Up to the age of 40 years in accordance with the
instructions or orders issued by the Central Government.
Pay Scale : Rs. 5200/- – Rs 20200/- + Grade Pay Rs 2400/-
(Pay Band – 1)Per Month.
Educational Qualification : Candidates must be passed 12 th class or
equivalent qualification from a recognized board. And Have passed regular Para
Veterinary Course or Diploma or Certificate of minimum 01 year duration related
to Veterinary Therapeutic/ Livestock Management from a Government recognized
institute.
Selection Procedure: Selection Of The Candidates Will Be Based On
Height Bar, Race, Physical Standard Test,Biometric Identification,Written Test
(OMR Based) – 100 Marks,Verification Of Original Documents,Detailed Medical
Examination.
Application Fee : The candidates belonging to General and OBC
category should pay the fee of Rs. 50/- (Fifty only) (non-refundable) as
application fee by means of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) only.

Samachar/ITBP website www.itbpolice.nic.in. Applications (duly filled in Hindi
or English only) complete in all respects and Candidate’s Admit Card duly
filled in the prescribed proforma as per Annexure I and Annexure II. The
application form should either be typed or neatly hand written in ball pen on
one side only on full size paper with passport size photographs affixed on
application and should be sent along with application fee to The

Sub-Division of Chamba District of HP, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and
