as District Level Trainer, as per the details given below.

Eligible Criteria:- Candidate may
be an active SHG Members/Sangha/Mahasangha Leaders/Erstwhile Gram Panchayat
Resource Person/Erstwhile District Resource Person/ NGO worker who must have
at least 3 yrs. of experience as an expert in imparting training for SHG
leaders/ SHG federation leaders in various components. or
may be any other person who must have at least 5 years of
experience as an expert in imparting training for SHG leaders/ SHG
federation leaders in various components.
Age Limit:- Ordinarily the age limit
of the person should be between 25 - 55 years.
Qualification:- Educational qualification
of the person is at least Higher. Secondary passed. Higher level
degree/ Diploma will be preferred.
Should have clear and sound knowledge about functioning of SHGs/
SHG based Federations, Book Keeping, Audit, Financial Inclusion, MIP, PIP
process etc.
Must have training and communication skill. Must have desire to learn new skills and acquire knowledge and is
physically fit.
Is willing to go outside Block / State / District as and when
required.
Must not continue to act as an office bearer of any Upasangha/
Sangha / Mahasangha.
Cannot continue two act as an employee or office bearer of PRI.
Cannot continue to render service as an ICDS worker or as an ASHA
Activist or as a full time employee of any Govt. organization / NGO.
Salary:- Honorarium of District Level Trainers would be given only for days
on which she/he has provided service and submitted report in specific
format along with claim for service. Service of each District Level
Trainer may be utilized for 26 days maximum in a month
or depending upon the availability of the fund.
