Name of Post:- Assistant
Directors (Aircraft Engineering) in Directorate General of Civil Aviation,
Ministry of Civil Aviation

Essential - At least Second Class Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from a

Airworthiness Engineering (for those who not possessing essential experience

Qualification :- (a)
Good academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55%
or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed at
the Master's Degree level in Geography from an Indian University or an
equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University.
(b) Must have cleared National
Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grants Commission, Council
for Scientific and Industrial Research or similar test accredited by the
University Grants Commission.
(c) Notwithstanding anything
contained in clauses (a) and (b) candidates who are, or have been awarded a
Ph.D Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum
Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D.Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be
exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of National
Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SLET)/State Eligibility
Test (SET) for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent
positions in Universities/ Colleges/Institutions.
(d) National Eligibility Test
(NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SLET)/State Eligibility Test (SET) shall
also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/
SLET/ SET is not conducted.

Qualification :- (a)
Essential - Master's Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry/Degree in
Chemical Technology or Chemical Engineering from a recognized University /
Institute or equivalent*. *Equivalent degree of abovementioned degree is
Master's Degree in Materials Chemistry.
(b) Experience - Two years experience
in supervisory capacity in a technical / industrial unit involved in metal
electroplating of nickel, copper chromium, silver etc. or experience in
promotion of small scale industries in areas of entrepreneurship development
and quality control.
(c) Desirable - Familiarity with the
latest techniques of production and use of modern instruments equipment's
processes and tools as applied to the metal finshing/chemical industries; an
Basic knowledge of Computers particularly application side of currently used
software / packages for Offices.
Examination Fee
(Non-Refundable) :- (a)
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only
either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using
net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
(b) No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women
candidates of any community. No "fee exemption" is available to
OBC male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
(c) Applications without the
prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. No
representation against such rejection would be entertained.
(d)Fee once paid shall not be
refunded under any circumstance nor can the fee

ii) If the
applicant is claiming any experience, then he/she has to personally
upload his/ her experience certificate in a single pdf file in such a way
that the size file does not exceed 2 MB and is legible when a printout
taken. For that the applicant may scan the experience certificate in 200
dpi grey scale.
iii) Candidates
who wish to apply for more than one post should apply separately for each
post and pay the fee for each post in the prescribed manner.
iv) After
submitting the Online Recruitment Application (ORA), the candidates
are required to take out a print out of the finally submitted Online
Recruitment Application.
v) Candidates are not required to
submit to the Commission either by post or

be entertained by the Commission and fee paid against one
"Application Number" shall not be adjusted against any
