The proforma may be downloaded from our website. Photocopy of the format published in the Employment News can also be used. All columns of the application form should be filled in Hindi or English language only and in own handwriting of candidate. Online facility will be available upto 1400 hrs on CLOSING DATE. To be considered online, applicant MUST complete the application in all respect and should apply only once for one post. The candidate must upload his/her scanned Essential Qualificational Requirement (EQR) certificate, photo, signature, left hand thumb impression and Driving License for Vehicle Operator ‘A’ & Fire Engine Driver posts only.
