Malda District DM Office are invited applications from the eligible male & female candidates for Recruitment on Contractual Basis for the post of Block Level Facilitator (BLF). There is one post in each of the 12 Blocks of Malda District (except Gazole, Habibpur & Bamortgola Blocks) for Multi Sectoral Development Programme (MSDP).
The candidate will function as link between the Minority Community & Govt. Programme and has to look after the matter relating to the implementation of MSDP, their progress and other Minority related programmes run in the block area. For this he has to pay frequent visit to the sites and hence he/she has to be physically able and efficient to perform the dude& The working place after engagement may be in the any of the above Blocks. The essential Educational/Technical /Other qualification and Terms & Conditions will be as under :-

Qualification :- Bachelor Degree from recognised university. and Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application (at least 1 year course duration).
Knowledge of Minority culture, Madrasah and Wakf matters.
Age - Not below 25 years and not above 60 years
Remuration - Rs. 10,000/- p.m. (fix) plus T.A/D.A/Other expenses @ Rs. 5,000/- p.m. (maximum).
Preference may be given to candidates permanently residing in the concern block area.
Initially the engagement will be for a duration of 1 year . After successful completion of 1 year service, further extension, if required, may be considered by the appointing authority.
