Indian Navy are invited applications for Recruitment to the post of 69 Civilian Motor Driver, 05 Fire Engine Driver & 21 Fireman, as per the details given below.
Name of Post :- Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade) Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, Non-Industrial
No. of Vacancies:- 69
Scale of Pay :- Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/- (PB 1)
Qualification:- (i) Matriculation Pass or ITI equivalent Iron a recognized Board/ Institution. (ii) Must possess a valid Driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMV). (iii) Must have at least one year practical experience in driving Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMVs).
Age:- Should be between 18 to 25 years (Age relaxations in the upper age limits in respect of SC/ST/OBC/EXS/Govt. Servant has been mentioned in para- 4 of this notification).
Name of Post :- Fire Engine Driver
No. of Vacancies:- 05
Scale of Pay :- Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/- (PB 1)
Qualification:- (i) Matriculation Pass or ITI equivalent from a recognized Board. (ii) Must have at least three year practical experience in driving HMVs and to be in possession of valid driving license. (iii) Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties and must have passed.
Age:- Should be between 21 to 30 years (Age relaxations in the upper age limits in respect of SC/ST/OBC/EXS/Govt. Servant has been mentioned in para- 4 of this notification).
Physical Standards:- Height (without shoes) - 165 ” Cms provided that a concession, of 2.5 Cms in height shall be allowed for ,members of the Scheduled Tribes. Chest (Un-expanded) - 81.5Cms Chest (on expansion) - 85 Cms

Scale of Pay :- Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1900/- (PB 1)
Qualification:- (i) Must have passed Matriculation or ITI equivalent examination from recognized board or institutions. (ii) Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties and must have passed the test as specified at Para 3.
Age:- Should be between 18 to 25 years (Age relaxations in the upper age limits in respect of SC/ST/OBC/EXS/Govt.Servant has been mentioned in para- 4 of this notification).
