National Green Tribunal Recruitment April 2013 - 51 Various Vacancies

National Green Tribunal(Principal Bench) are invited  applications from Indian nationals in the prescribed proforma for recruitment / appointment to following posts in the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench at New Delhi and Zonal Benches at Bhopal, Chennai, Pune and Kolkata, as per the details given below.

Name of Post:- Private Secretary
No. of  Vacancies:- 21 posts  
Scale of Pay :- PB-2 Rs.9300- 34800(GP-4800)
Method of recruitment/  appointment:- 50% by deputation. 50% promotion on the basis of ‘merit cum seniority’ (written test and interview) of eligible candidates Falling which by deputation
Age:- Not applicable. As the method of recruitment is  either   by deputation or promotion.
Qualification :- In case of Deputation : Officers possessing Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University holding –
(i)    Analogous posts on regular basis in Central Governments / Courts / Tribunals, or
(ii)  Post of Court Master / Stenographer Grade ‘C’ with at least two years regular service in the grade of PB-2; GP-Rs.4600 (Rs.9300-34800) [pre-revised 6500-200-10500] and possessing a speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in type writing (English) in Central / State Governments / Courts / Tribunals.
Essential : Computer  Training  Course  of  at  least  6  months’ duration from a recognized institution.
Desirable : Degree in Law. In case of Promotion :
(i) From amongst Stenographer Grade ‘C’ / Tribunal Masters in PB-2 (9300-34800), GP-4600 who have rendered two years regular service in the National Green Tribunal.
(ii) Computer Training Course of at least 6 months duration from a recognized institution.

Name of Post:- P.A. (Stenographer Grade-C)/ Court Master
No. of  Vacancies:- 20 posts  
Scale of Pay :- PB- 2 Rs.9300- 34800 (GP4200)
Method of recruitment/  appointment:- 50% by direct recruitment. 50% by promotion on the basis of ‘seniority cum rejection of unfit’ of eligible candidates failing which by deputation.
Age:- Between 21-30 Years
Qualification :- Essential – Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university.
Desirable : Degree in Law from a recognized University.
2) Skill test Norms :
Dictation : 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription :
65 mts (Eng.); 75 mts (Hindi) (On manual typewriter); or 50 mts (Eng.); 65 mts (Hindi) (on computer).
3) Computer Training Course of at least 6 months duration from a recognized institution.

Name of Post:- Stenographer Grade-D 
No. of  Vacancies:- 8 posts 
Scale of Pay :- PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 (GP-2400)
Method of recruitment/  appointment:- 100% by direct recruitment failing which by deputation.
Age:- Between 21-27 Years
Qualification :- Essential :
1) Graduation from a  recognized  University with at  least 55% marks.
2) Skill Test Norms :
Dictation : 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription :
65 mts (Eng.); 75 mts (Hindi) (On manual Typewriter); or
50 mts (Eng.); 65 mts. (Hindi) (on computer)
3) Computer Training Course of at least 6 months duration from a recognized institution.

Prescribed  application form available on  below link.  Completed application in all respect along with the copies of attested relevant certificates  should be send to the Registrar, National Green Tribunal, Van VigyanBhawan, Sector-5, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110022 in a closed envelop with the words “Application for the post of PS / PA / Stenographer Grade-D” written on top of it, so as to reach by 06.05.2013 positively.
1. Number of vacancies is likely to vary.
2. For reservation, Model Reservation Roster (MRR) will be followed.
3. Upper age limit for the post of PA (Stenographer Gr.C) /Court Master and Stenographer Gr.D is relaxable for Government servant upto 40 years in accordance with instructions or orders issued by the Central Government.
4. Upper age limit for Sch. Castes, Sch. Tribes, OBCs and other special categories of persons is relaxable in accordance with instructions or orders issued by the Central Government issued from time to time.
5. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be closing date for receipt of applications.
The last date of receipt of applications is 06.05.2013.
