Applications are invited, in plain paper neatly handwritten or typed as per format below to reach this office within 5.00 PM on 02/04/2013 either by-post or in-person at drop-box placed at the office of the PO-cum-DWO, BCW, Birbhum from interested and eligible candidates having medical fitness and age between 18 to 38 years as on 01/01/2013 (Upper age limit relaxable in case of (i)SC by 5 years,(ii) ST by 5 years and (iii) OBC-A & OBC-B each by 3 years) for the post of "PRINCIPAL" on temporary basis in contract for l(one) year to be required to serve as Post Graduate in schooling subject against consolidated pay of Rs. 15000/- per month for the said post compulsorily on residential basis at Ekalavya Model Residential School (English Medium) located at Kankutia, P.O. Bolpur, P.S. Bolpur, District- Birbhum. Qualification for the Post of Principal(Vacancy: One)
i) Essential Qualification: Post Graduate degree having Schooling Subject from any university recognized by
U.G.C.
ii) Desired Qualification: A degree in Teaching or Education from any university recognized by U.G.C and working experience in any Educational Institution or any teaching experience in educational Institution.
iii) Job Responsibility as Principal: To perform overall administrative work and to teach any Schooling subject in need as entrusted by the authority. Personselected for the posts mentionedabovewill be required to reside within the EMRSComplexat provided accommodation and shall not be allowed to leave the complex without explicit order. The parameters stated hereinaboveare subject to changefrom time to time as per direction of the Backward ClassesWelfare Department, Government of West Bengal or under instruction of
PaschimbangaAdibasi Kalyan-O-Siksha Parshad (PBAKOSP)which is functioning as Managing Committee of the Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS).
The incumbenton selection will be required to undergo an agreement on Non-judicial stamp paper of requisite denominationfor thecontractenure. The tenure is renewableon expiry subject to the performance of the incumbentand willingnessof both the parties;however, boththepartieshavetherightto terminate the agreement premature giving one-monthprior notice to the other party.
