Medical Call Letters are dispatched thorough SPEET POST only. Please follow our website www.rrcer.com. Medical Call Letters are being issued date wise as per the capacity of Eastern Railway Hospital. All eligible candidates will receive Medical Examination Call Letters in due course of time. Candidates who have not
received call letters till date are not required to visit RRC-ER’s office for any query.
They are advised to visit our web site. Candidate whose Medical Examination date, time and venue has been announced in our website but not received call letter should
report to the venue on nominated date and time. Duplicate call letter / letters will be issued on same date at the venue shown in our website after producing the downloaded
print out and other papers such as 1) Original copy of the bottom portion of call letter of Written Examination and PET. 2) D.O.B certificate. 3) 04 nos of recent passport size
